The carcinogenic HPV types included HPV16, -18, -31, -33, -35, -39, -45, -51, -52, -56, -58, -66, and -68/73. The overall agreement was 0.87, the agreement between positives in both media was 0.62, and the weighted kappa (95% CI) was 0.75 (0.68 to 0.83).
