Reaction 1 mediated by glycerol-3-phosphate acyltransferase, 1-acylglycerol-3-phosphate acyltransferase mediates reaction 2, phosphatidc acid phosphatase processes reaction 3, and the last reaction 4 is mediated by acyl-CoA: diacylglycerol acyltransferase enzyme.
