The data for proteins whose expression is increased in kin- cells are shown in bold; proteins with decreased expression in kin- cells are shown in italics. Also shown are the number of unique peptides identified for each protein (unique_pep) and the number of PQD spectra (spectrum_num) used for each protein quantitation.
