A) Cetuximab blocked hypoxia-induced loss of cell-cell contacts. A431 cells were grown under normoxia, hypoxia or hypoxia+Cetuximab. The cells were fixed, permeabilized and probed with anti-E-cadherin primary antibodies followed by labeled secondary antibodies. The actin cytoskeleton was visualized using Alexa568-Phalloidin. B) Cetuximab blocked hypoxia-induced expression of vimentin. A431 cells were grown under normoxia, hypoxia or hypoxia+Cetuximab. The cells were fixed, permeabilized and probed with anti-vimentin primary antibodies followed by labeled secondary antibodies.
