(Panel A) Spleen and lung cells we isolated from influenza virus infected mice on day 10 after infection. After stimulation with influenza virus-specific NP366-374 peptide or with PMA/ionomycin, we measured intracellular IFNγ production and cell surface CD107a/b mobilization on previously gated KLRG1high and KLRG1low CD8 T cells. Bar diagrams show the frequency of IFNγ+CD107ab, polyfunctional IFNγ+CD107ab+, and IFNγCD107ab+ cells. (Panel A) Spleen CD8 T cells. (Panel B) Lung CD8 T cells.
