(A) HUVECs were incubated on a Matrigel substrate in the presence of M199 alone (Control –) or of M199 supplemented with 2% FBS (Control +), in the absence or presence of different concentrations of CBD for 6 h at 37°C. CBD interfered with HUVEC organization in capillary-like networks.
