MYH, ATR and TopBP1 knockdown decreases ETP-induced apoptosis in HEK293 cells. (A) MYH knockdown reduces the activation of apoptosis-related proteins. Control or siMYH transfected cells were treated with 25 μM ETP for 48 h. Total cell lysates were used for IB analysis of p-Chk2 (threonine-68), p-p53 (threonine-15), caspase 9, caspase 7 and MYH. β-actin was used as a loading control.
