LLC-PK₁ cells were treated with or without VP/FK (LVP 20 nM and FK 10 µM for indicated times), then subjected to F-actin quantification assay. In AQP2 expressing LLC-PK₁ cells (LLC-PK₁-AQP2), F-actin content was decreased by VP/FK at both 20 minutes and 60 minutes. In WT LLC-PK₁ cells, F-actin content was not decreased by VP/FK at either 20 minutes and 60 minutes (n = 5, ^** P<0.01, ^*** P<0.001, NS = not significant). These figures are representative of three independent experiments.
