CBL3 siRNA treatment results in reporter mRNA cleavage product consistent with RNA-induced silencing complex-mediated cleavage. Total RNA was isolated from the indicated tumor and subjected to rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE) analysis (see Materials and Methods). Following PCR amplification and agarose gel electrophoresis, a band of the predicted size was observed by ethidium bromide staining in the CBL3 siRNA-treated samples.
