Viability analyses after electroporation of 72NT into HCT116 cells. HCT116-19 cells were synchronized with 6 μM aphidicolin for 24 hours, released for 4 hours, and targeted by electroporation with 6 μM 72NT. Cells were allowed to recover for 24 hours (left panel), 48 hours (center panel), and 72 hours (right panel) and then analyzed using the ViaCount reagent by FACS. Viable cells are seen in blue, debris is seen in green, and the nonviable plus debris is depicted in red. E-only refers to cells that are electroporated without ODN, and NT refers to cells not treated in the absence of electroporation.
