Viability analyses after nucleofection of 72NT into HCT116 cells. HCT116-19 cells were synchronized with 6 μM aphidicolin for 24 hours, released for 4 hours, and targeted by nucleofection with 20 μM 72NT. Cells were allowed to recover for 24 hours (left panel), 48 hours (center panel) and 72 hours (right panel) and then analyzed using the ViaCount reagent by FACS. Viable cells are seen in blue, debris is seen in green, and the nonviable plus debris is depicted in red. Pulse only refers to cells that are nucleofected without ODN; NT refers to cells that were not treated by electroporation or ODN.
