Cryosections of mouse retinas were obtained from dark- (DA) and light-adapted (LA: 45 min, 500 lux) Gαt1+/− mice. The sections were stained with a monoclonal anti-UNC119a antibody [25] (green) and a rabbit anti-Gαt1 antibody K-20 (SCBT) (red). The staining was visualized using goat anti-rabbit AlexaFluor 568 and goat anti-mouse AlexaFluor 488 secondary antibodies under a Zeiss LSM 510 confocal microscope. Bar – 20 μm. OS – outer segment, IS – inner segment, ONL – outer nuclear layer, OPL – outer plexiform layer.
