C) Summary data comparing inhibition of ClC-1 by OADS and cis-OADS (left) to inhibition of ClC-ec1 by OADS and cis-OADS (right). ClC-ec1 was reconstituted in PE/PG liposomes and measured in Cl efflux assays. For each experiment, data represent the mean ± SEM for 3 experiments.
