(A) MMP7 and MMP19 promoter activities were tested by luciferase assay after treatment with 0, 5 and 15 nM triptolide for 24 h. ^*P < 0.01 vs. untreated cells. (B) MMP7 and MMP19 were knocked down by siRNA (labeled as MMP7 KD or MMP19 KD) or overexpressed (labeled as MMP7 or MMP 19) in SKOV3 and A2780 cells.
