FOXQ1 knockdown inhibited ovarian cancer cell movement. SKOV3 cells were infected with control shRNA (p LKO.1) or FOXQ1 shRNA (shFOXQ1-3), and the cells were seeded into uncoated (to measure migration) and Matrigel-coated (to measure invasion) transwell inserts.
