Tm,app for the different CaFADS forms obtained by DSC in 20 mM PIPES, 10 mM MgCl2, pH 7.0. Estimated errors in Tm,app were considered within ±0.3–0.5 °C, this value taken being larger than the standard deviation between three independent experiments and the numerical error after fitting the analysis of each experiment.
