Panels A–G correspond to caspase-1, 3, 7, 6, 8, granzyme B (human) and granzyme B (mouse), respectively. Here, extended window sizes for the P8-P8′ sites were examined in order to cover more specificity determining positions. The sequence logo diagrams were generated using the WebLogo program [96]. To better reflect the occurrence rate of each amino acid type, the sequence logo ordinates have been scaled in bits.
