Enhanced apoptosis by combination treatment with GSK690693 and temsirolimus in NCI-H460 and A549 cells. Cells were treated with GSK690693 and temsirolimus for 48 hours. After staining with annexin V-FITC, cells were analyzed by flow cytometry to analyze apoptosis.
