Enhanced apoptosis by combination treatment with GSK690693 and temsirolimus in NCI-H460 and A549 cells. Cells were treated with GSK690693 and temsirolimus for 48 hours. After staining with terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL), cells were examined with confocal microscope to analyze apoptosis. Red: propidium iodide; green: TUNEL.
