Integrin-independent cell adhesion is induced in primary murine B-cells by 9-cis-RA. (A) LPS-stimulated murine splenocytes were cultured for 48 hrs in the presence of vehicle or 1 μM 9-cis-RA. Cells were added to wells coated with 1 μg/mL of sVCAM-1 in the absence (white bars) or presence of 5 mM EDTA (black bars). Representative data shown were done in triplicate ± SD.
