Kinetics of anti-repeat antibody response in rhesus macaques. Groups of three adult rhesus macaques were immunized with (NANP)6-OMPC/MAA with or without Iscomatrix® on days 0, 70, and 732 (arrows). Sera were collected at indicated time points and results are shown as ELISA GMT using (NANP)3 peptide coated plates. The concentration of repeat specific antibody (μg/ml) is shown for peak responses post 1st and 2nd booster immunization.
