Dissociation of H/ACA substrate–enzyme complexes. Sub-U (A) and Sub-Ψ (B), each at a 2 μM concentration, were incubated with WT-, D85A-, DEL7- and R154Q-RNP and their ΔGar1 counterparts (6 μM) for 60 min at 27°C before 4000-fold dilution. Each dissociation data set was fitted to a single-exponential function and the normalized fraction of bound RNA is displayed.
