Expression and biological activity of PHD3. (A) PHD3 mRNA was measured by quantitative real-time RT-PCR. Cells transfected with PHD3 significantly overexpressed PHD3, compared with the control groups (all P=0.00). (B and C) PHD3 protein was analyzed by western blot. Cells transfected with PHD3 significantly overexpressed PHD3, compared with the control groups (all P=0.00).
