Cells were transfected with 50 ng of psiCHECK containing WT or Mut CFTR 3′UTR and either 30 or 60 nM of pre-miR-144. Twenty four hours following transfection, cells were assayed for both firefly and renilla luciferase using the dual luciferase glow assay. All transfection experiments were conducted in triplicate. Data are expressed as mean±SE of at least three independent experiments. *p<0.05, n.s.: not significant.
