Carboxymethyl-lysine (CML), carboxyethyl-lysine (CEL), methylglyoxal hydroimidazolone-1 (MG-H1), and glyoxal hydroimidazolone-1 (G-H1) were determined by LC/MS. No significant (n.s) change was observed between WT and LEGSKO lenses. Student’s t test was used for data analysis.
