Effect of serum (1∶4) derived from TG mice (“TG serum”), from TG mice immunized with hCG + IFA (“Immunized TG serum”), from TG mice immunized with IFA (“Control TG serum”) and from WT mice on the viability of LLC, COLO 205 and ChaGo cells was assessed by MTT analysis. The effects of co-incubation of TG serum with exogenous anti-hCG serum (1∶200), or with normal serum (1∶200), are also shown. The horizontal lines in the figure extend across the bars which have been compared, at their two ends. In each case, the asterisk indicates significance (*p<0.05) for all three cell lines being compared.
