Proteins “neuronal pentraxin receptor” and “eukaryotic translation initiation factor 5″ were visually annotated as “cytoplasm,” but hierarchical clustering assigned them to separate clusters in the first round. The images indicate that they indeed display two cytoplasmic sub-patterns.
