Enzymatic digestion and subsequent fluorescence-activated cell sorting analysis of HLA-ABC positive cells from CD34Shh and CD34EV treated mice hearts. A. Representative examples of FACS analysis for (i) CD34+ cells alone or, (ii) AMI cardiac tissue alone or, (iii) AMI cardiac tissue injected with CD34Shh. CD34+ cells were detected by staining digested cardiac tissue with HLA-PE antibodies. B.
