Two-dimensional PAGE was performed according to the method of Colas des Francs-Small et al. (1992), and the gels were Coomassie blue stained. Input was 150 μg. Some polypeptides of interest identified by immunoblotting are indicated: A and B, α- and β-ATPase, respectively; P, L, T, and H, subunits of the Gly decarboxylase complex.
