Estimate of mutation rate as a function of quality cutoff. The GQ is the PHRED scaled confidence that the genotype of each sample is correct. The mutation rate levels off at ∼GQ > 20. For each GQ cutoff we applied an equivalent cutoff to determine the total number of callable sites.
