B- Top Clonogenetic assay of sorted CD144+45− cell populations in unicellular liquid culture in the presence of endothelial, MH-CM and haematopoietic medium. -Middle Clonogenetic assay of sorted CD144+45+ cell populations in unicellular liquid culture in the presence of MH-CM and haematopoietic medium. Single cells (at a 0,25 cell/well dilution) were seeded in the different media: the number and the morphology of colonies scored after 20 days.
