The dependence of ftra on kt2/kf2 shows three regimes: thermodynamic controlled regime for low kt2 (kt2/kf2<0.025, or kt2<0.1kb), aptamer folding dominated regime for high kt2(kt2>kf2), and intermediate regime with significant metabolite binding.
