Percent given is the % of individuals of that row who had poor outcome. High and low BMI were defined as ≥ 25 kg/m2 and < 25 kg/m2 respectively. High and low waist circumference were defined as > 88 cm and ≤ 88 cm for women and > 102 cm and ≤ 102 cm for men.
