Each of the individuals included in the analysis is represented by a thin vertical line, partitioned into colored segments that represent the individual's probability of belonging to one of each of the genetic clusters (genetic ancestry). Although the origin of each specimen is not used in the analysis, in this figure specimens were grouped by location. To simplify the figure we included only half of the specimens from California genotyped for this study (94 = 188/2).
