Detection of IL-2 and IFN-γ by ELISA. Transfected PTLs were cocultured with erbB2-positive SKBR3 cells for 72 hours. Supernatant from the culture was, respectively, detected by ELISA for IL-2 (A) or IFN-γ (B).
