ELISA plate was coated with erythrocytes or lymphocytes (Fig.1 inset) and reacted with different concentration of Histidine-tagged recombinant proteins, followed by primary anti-his antibody and HRP conjugated secondary antibody. Color was developed with OPD and O.D. was measured at 490 nm. Data shown are the mean ± S.D. of at least 3 independent experiments. Recombinant bacterial thioredoxin was taken as negative control and PvATRAg74 as positive control.
