CFSE-labeled naïve P14 CD8 T cells were transferred into day 34 LCMV-infected mice. The indicated LNs were harvested 6 days post-transfer and the transferred cells were analyzed for CFSE dilution, and expression of CD25, CD69 and CD62L expression.
