For each treatment group, the phosphorylation signal ratio induction was calculated and further normalized by the ratio obtained from the untreated, control group, which was given a value of 1. The coefficients of variation for the fluorescence intensity are ≤ 6% from replicate spots and arrays; the CVs of phosphorylation signal ratio induction are therefore ≤ 12 %. The statistical analysis shows that the ratio change between PMA treatment and the control is significant with p < 0.05.
