DNA damage induced by MK-1775 and MK-8776 is present in S-phase cells. A2058, HT-29, and LoVo cells were treated for 24 hours as in Figure 4 with DMSO or concentrations of MK-1775 and/or MK-8776 indicated. Cells were stained for DNA content (x-axis) and γH2AX (y-axis). γH2AX-positive cells are outlined and percentage of γH2AX-positive cells is indicated.
