HaCaT cells at 70% confluence in 60-mm dishes were starved in 0.1% FBS DMEM for 24h and then exposed to 2.5, 5, or 10 mJ/cm2 or mock UVB irradiation. A, Immunoblot analysis of mTORC1 and mTORC2 activation markers in HaCaT cells exposed to sublethal doses of UVB (2.5, 5, 10 mJ/cm2).
