(a–d) Technique of bilateral areolasparing mastectomy in a ptotic breast with resection of the nipple and lower part of the areola and immediate direct to implant reconstruction. The lower implant pole is covered with a dermis flap and titanized polypropylene mesh (Tiloop Bra®) laterally. The nipple is also immediately reconstructed by dermis flaps of residual areolar skin.
