VEGF was increased above saline (*p<0.05) at 8 and 24 h in the APAP and APAP/TFP mice. VEGF was significantly higher in the APAP/TFP mice compared to the APAP mice at 24 h (#p<0.05). B. Serum levels of TNFα. TNFα was increased above saline in the APAP/TFP mice at 2 h (*p<0.05) and significantly higher than the APAP mice at 4 h (#p<0.05).
