Expression of PPARβ/δ and PPARβ/δ-dependent genes in LX-2 human hepatic stellate cells. Human LX-2 stellate cells were serum-starved for 24 h, and then treated with DMSO (0.01%), 100nM GW501516, or 1μM GW501516 for 48 h. qRT-PCR analysis shows mRNA levels of PDPK1, TGFβ1, TNF-α, MCP-1, Pro-COL1α1, Pro-COL3α1 and Desmin.
