RAW264.7 macrophages were infected with RH(I), Pru(II), or CEP(III) parasites, or left uninfected (UI) for 24 hours with 100 U/ml IFNγ added for the last 6 hours of infection, and host gene expression was analyzed by microarray analysis. Greater than 2-fold IFNγ induced (left) and repressed (right) genes were determined from the uninfected samples. Boxplots are shown of the log₂ expression of these genes in all samples. Data are from two arrays for the uninfected conditions and one array for each infected sample.
