SHH regulates cell surface CXCR4 levels. A, biotinylated plasma membrane proteins from Daoy cells treated with cyclopamine (10 µmol/L, 12 hours) or vehicle, followed by CXCL12 stimulation (1 µg/mL for 30 minutes) were isolated. Surface and total CXCR4 as well as surface PAC1 content were determined by Western blot analysis.
