Induction of IL-2, IFN-γ, and IL-10 in the cell culture supernatant from control and immunized mice before and after treatment with STM cell lysate. Splenocytes were collected from both groups of mice at days 7 and 42 post-immunization and the levels of IL-2 (A), IFN-γ (B), and IL-10 (C) was determined using a multiplex assay.
