I/I ₀, I, and I ₀ are same as being referred in Table 1. To calculate the I/I ₀, currents were measured at −10 mV for KCNQ1, R243C and R539W. But for KCNQ1/KCNE1, R243C/KCNE1 and R539W/KCNE1, the currents were measured at +50 mV. The concentration of HCP was 10 μM. *p<0.05 versus control.
