An example of decomposing a large cluster based on cell cycle phases. We decomposed a cluster (containing Cdc28) predicted from the PPI network by incorporating cell cycle phase labels of proteins. This helped to identify the different time-based Cdc28-cyclin complexes. These were validated using the Wodak catalogue [21].
