For BOTTLENECK, three mutation models were used: infinity allele model (IAM), two-phase mutation model (TPM) and stepwise mutation model (SMM). For M-RATIO, three θ values were used: 0.05, 0.1 and 0.5. Values in bold type indicate statistical significance (P<0.05). ZAT, BEN and BEN-R of O. ishikawae and URA, CHU, SAN, AMI, SHI, KAN and NIS of O. splendida were excluded due to small sample sizes (n<7).
