Sperm were incubated in the HTF medium for 5 h with or without 10 µM adjudin under capacitating conditions and then washed with the fresh HTF. Sperm hyperactivated motility motion and motility were analyzed by CASA. The results are expressed as the mean ± SEM of eight different experiments (n = 8).
